Event Planning and Execution:

Responsible for end-to-end planning, preparation, and execution of in-house brand events, including theme design, venue setup, guest invitations, and scheduling.Participation in International Exhibitions:

Organize and coordinate the company’s presence at major international crypto exhibitions, including liaising with organizers, preparing booths, creating promotional materials, and managing on-site activities.Event Promotion:

Collaborate with the branding team to implement event-specific promotional strategies, leveraging multiple channels to drive attendance and enhance brand visibility.Vendor Coordination:

Work closely with third-party event organizers, venues, and construction vendors to ensure high-quality event execution.Budgeting and Reporting:

Develop and manage event budgets, evaluate event outcomes, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Job Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in marketing operationsA background in cryptocurrency, fintech, or internet industries is a plus.Proven experience in driving business growth in overseas markets with familiarity with international audiences and dynamics.Fluent in English and Chinese.Strong ability to collaborate with remote teams, coupled with self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to thrive under pressure.Solid logical and analytical thinking, with a knack for identifying patterns and learning from experiences.Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the fast-evolving industry.Seniority level
