Job ResponsibilitiesInitiate, plan, coordinate and execute marketing events, including trade shows, seminars, webinars, ceremonies, and client's related events.Develop compelling videos, posters, and copywriting content.Drive lead generation, conversion, and optimization effectively through marketing activities.Manage webinars and social media platforms; analyze data, provide insights, identify and develop opportunities, and drive business performance.Obtain customer insights, industry trends, and competitor movements through research, surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.Collaborate with key stakeholders from the management and sales teams to drive marketing campaigns.Conduct partnership marketing with organizations and enterprises.Work on continuous improvement of quality, marketing digitalization, innovation, and client satisfaction.Plan and implement South China local projects.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communication.Around 5-10 years of relevant working experience in Marketing.Ability to proactively master the ever-changing marketing skills.Professional writing skills.Good command of English.Experience in short video production.Data analysis and visualization skills.Other BenefitsPublic HolidaysDouble Pay and Performance BonusMedical, Dental, and Life InsuranceAnnual Leave, Service Anniversary Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Marriage Leave, Compassionate LeaveCompany Outing AllowanceLong Service AwardFestival Bonus and Special GratuityOn-the-job training as well as Training Sponsorship/SubsidiesApplications:Interested parties should send their full resume with expected salary and availability date to the Human Resources Department by clicking
