You'll be the storyteller who makes perks compelling and wellness initiatives irresistible.You will also be helping TLC develop and execute our marketing plan to ensure we are the market leader and thought leader in employee engagement and wellbeing in Hong Kong.Your Impact:Transform employee perks and benefits into compelling storiesAble to articulate content from an employee value point of view, rather than advertising textCreate eye-catching event materials and digital contentDevelop and implement a strategic marketing plan for the company, growing its brandManage and grow TLC's social media presenceShape the narrative of corporate wellness programsMust be a team player and able to communicate with all levels within a companyMust-Haves:3+ years of copywriting experience (Event/F&B/Retail background preferred)Able to converse fluently in Cantonese and English (Mandarin a plus)Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma)Ability to juggle multiple projects with flairYou must be based in Hong KongThe TLC Experience:Flexible work hours - design your day5-day work weekMonthly wellness perks (massages, activities)Birthday leave & mental wellbeing daysAccess to exclusive employee discountsReady to revolutionize workplace engagement?
