Marketing & Community Engagement Lead.

S/he will help us grow the community by creating engagement programs for our community of 100+ founders through: marketing our products and services on/offline, managing our social media channels, communicating with our members and managing onboarding and user journey (quarterly check-ins and membership renewal), running monthly community events, connecting partners for collaborations, managing ambassadors and community builders to co-create events and spreading awareness about Dream Impact community.As the Marketing & Community Engagement Lead, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and responsibility within our mission-driven business. This position offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on implementation, providing you with the opportunity for professional growth while making a meaningful impact on our community and organization.You will be working closely with the

Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budgetImplement key visuals for marketing postsGate keep on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issuesInternal Communications

Communicate with our 100+ impact partners on community updates, e.g. event invitations, new invoicing and booking policies, resources from the ecosystem etc.Manage our WhatsApp community channels, social media channels, newsletter etc.Community management & development

Manage members onboarding and user journey (quarterly check-ins and membership renewal)Plan and launch community events and initiatives to create connections between members of different organizations. This might include targeted member introductions, recommending possible mentor matches, running networking events, and managing communications within the spaceLearn about the business and personal objectives of tenant organizations and their individual membersResolve issues between members quickly and in a manner that diffuses tensionPlan strategically to create additional value within the community and to collaborate on implementation with team membersEvents planning and execution

Build a quarterly calendar of coworking events that engages all stakeholders:Current members: Lunch and learn session and appreciation events - happy hours, themed parties, etc.Potential members: Lead generation and sales-related eventsLocal community: Identify outside organizers and encourage them to use our event space.Basic Event OpsCustomer relationship management

Direct relevant potential, new and existing customers to the relevant person within the organizationConduct tours for potential membersEnsure that new members will fit with DI's cultureMaintain a positive relationship with key stakeholdersManage community P&LSpace management

Create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfactionManage onsite logistics to the satisfaction of membersMake recommendations to the owners about new features or perks that will entice membersExperience, Requirements and Preferences:Fluent in both Cantonese and English. The ability to speak Mandarin is a plusWe welcome people of all educational backgrounds and experiences2+ years working experience with increasing responsibility in leadership rolesExperience managing corporate communications and events coordinationExperience with event marketing and salesPassion for social entrepreneurial communities and love working with people is a mustDriven, high executional power, proactive, committed, curious, fast pace, people-connector, adaptableHigh-level ethics, empathy, and dependabilityDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as event partners, sponsors, vendors, and community members.Basic video editing & graphic design skillsWebpage management (WordPress)Benefits and Perks:Competitive salary with performance bonus structure14 days of annual + 1 day birthday annual leave
