Join us in this journey to make your career even more fulfilling and rewarding.Role PurposeAssist with the production of various elements in internal communication, such as news articles, video content and graphic content;Support the planning and execution of engagement initiatives which aim at promoting positive communication and well-being, such as Cabin Crew Forum and leisure activities;Gather, monitor and analyse cabin crew's feedback and sentiments from various channels to improve communication and engagement strategies;Provide insights into enhancing the cabin crew engagement level;Provide support services to the Inflight Services management team and cabin crew.The Ideal CandidateA minimum of one-year cabin crew experience with HK Express;Proficient in spoken and written English;Basic skills in computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, etc;The ability to create infographics and edit short video clips with simple tools such as Canva is preferred;Experience in event management is an advantage;Experience in creating and editing written content is an advantage;Eagerness to facilitate effective communications and a harmonious relationship between the cabin crew community and the management team;Proactivity in continuous learning and self-improvement;Ability to prioritise and multitask;Ability to work for at least five days of office duty per month.Advertised:
