[Ref. No.: 3/03/CEE/CCM/HKTDC]The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organization promoting Hong Kong's external trade, seeks a high calibre professional to join the Corporate Communications and Marketing Department.Responsibilities:

Assist the Corporate Event Manager in implementing the Council's corporate events and public relations services, senior management's networking and outreach activities, youth entrepreneurship and CSR programme.Support the planning and management of corporate events and PR initiatives, including guest invitation, event logistics, onsite operation, and post-event follow-ups.Liaise with internal and external parties for the execution of corporate functions and related services to facilitate successful project execution.Source and produce corporate souvenirs to engage the Council's key stakeholders with Hong Kong design excellence.Maintain the corporate contact database and monitor daily news clippings for relationship management with the Council's VIPs.Requirements:

University graduates, preferably in disciplines of event management, public relations or marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.Experience in organising large-scale/corporate events and international trade promotional campaigns or youth programmes would be an advantage.Good project management skills, attentive to details, strong analytical and creative thinking; capable of handling unexpected changes during the organisation of events.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise among assignments to meet tight deadlines; willing to work long hours during event season and function effectively under pressure.Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word-processing.Remuneration and Benefits:
