In accordance with this belief, the focused investment we make in the learning and development of our colleagues is unparalleled in the global hospitality industry.We are looking for an Assistant Events Manager / Events Executive based at Kerry Hotel Hong KongAs an Assistant Events Manager / Events Executive, we rely on you to:Handle logistics arrangement for confirmed events and groups with / without events with organizers in a proactive mannerLiaise with event / group organizers on finalizing details and give professional advice on rooming list, set-ups and planning of eventsEnsure effective communication with clients and internal departmentsMaintain close co-ordination with respective Departments on organisers’ requirements and last minute event requirementsManage guests and organizers’ satisfactionOversee the operation of banquet functions and work closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all timesEnsure account postings are correctly done and review bills with organizers on a daily basisMaintain close communication with Events Sales Manager during the processWe are looking for someone who has:Degree holder in Hotel Management, Events Management or other relevant disciplinesMinimum of 4 years related experience in a similar capacityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of market trend research and intelligenceGood command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and PutonghuaCandidates with less experience will be considered as
