The Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for driving event sales and ensuring the successful execution of events in our restaurant venues. In addition to external business, the candidate will also be given the ownership to host creative and bespoke events that represent the Hyatt Centric brand. This position requires a strong sales acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.Responsibilities

Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.Ensure seamless events by communicating well with guests and other departments to meet guests' needs.Identify potential business for event planning and services; preferably engaged with the hotel.Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests.Meet sales goals and targets set by the hotel.Qualifications

A minimum of Higher Diploma in a related discipline.Minimum 4 years of related working experience, preferably in the hotel industry.Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.Good communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external guests.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.Fluent spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua with good writing skills.
