to all levels of staff including staff orientation and customer services.Assist and monitor the

trainee programme hiring and on-boarding processes .Create and support the execution of

hotel cultural programs .Facilitate internal meetings of the

departmental trainers

and prepare and design the team members’ daily newsletter.Preparation of training manuals, training materials, and aids as requested.Track and register all training courses and programs.Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.RequirementsHigher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel Management or related disciplines.At least 1 year relevant experience in Learning & Development, with exposure in the hotel industry highly preferable.Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can work independently.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.Proficiency in MS Office software.Less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Learning & Development Officer.Seniority Level
