Closing Date

02/Jan/2025, 3:59:00 PMMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupporting the delivery and administration of the Quality Enhancement Measures (QEM) project;Providing secretarial and clerical support at the QEM project meetings and other operations and activities of the QEM project;Assisting in the liaison with both internal and external parties;Assisting in the QEM project execution and implementation; andPerform any other duties as assigned by the principal investigator of the QEM project.CandidatesStrong communication and interpersonal skills;Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail;Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; andA good command of English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.Terms and Conditions for AppointmentSuccessful candidate(s) will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract.
