27/Jan/2025, 3:59:00 PMMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:assisting in the daily activities of the School;providing support for the planning and operation of the programmes offered by the School (including student admissions, practicum and timetabling coordination, handling administrative duties related to learning and teaching activities);handling programme enquiries and liaising with internal and external parties;providing onsite & offsite student admissions support for programmes;updating webpages of programmes and the School;providing secretarial support for school committees/projects;assisting in general administrative duties including preparation of reports, office management, budgeting and staff supervision;assisting in supervising supporting staff on day-to-day operations;performing any other duties as assigned by the Dean of E&L or his/her nominee.

CandidatesCandidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:a recognized bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience;a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua);good interpersonal and organizational skills;high competency in the use of IT applications (e.g. Zoom, Qualtrics);good data analysis and management skills;ability to work independently as well as in a team;investigative nature, good analytical skills as well as detail-minded work attitude;a logical mind and strong computer skills (EXCEL in particular);previous experience in Graphic Design will be beneficial;understanding of web page design and promotional initiatives via social media will be an advantage.Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
