Head of HR/HR Director/VP – 75-100 K + bonus /MNC company + Regional team in China + SE Asia Our client is a privately owned MNC company with over 1,000 employees across HK, China and South East Asia. Responsibilities: Implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives and goals. Manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development. Develop and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Maintain adherence to all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategies that foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Manage the administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs. Manage employee relations and provide guidance to managers on employee-related issues. Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or related field. Minimum of 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role. Experience in the FMCG, Mass Retail, Shipping or Logistic industry preferred; multinational experience in these sectors is a plus. Must have led a Regional team across China & South East Asia. Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and performance management. Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinances and other related regulations in China. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
