Our client, a well-known global apparel company with presences in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, is urgently seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their expanding team. Job Description Reporting to the Human Capital Director, the Senior HR Manager will assist in formulating human capital strategies to align with business needs, customize corporate and group human capital initiatives, schedule the executive plan, and evaluate effectiveness. Explore alternative manpower resourcing channels to attract and recruit sufficient talents at all levels to ensure healthy succession pipelines within the organization. Partner with external compensation consultants on remuneration surveys and pay trends for analysis on employees' pay mix, compensation level, bonuses, and incentives to maintain the company's competitive position in the market. Establish and regularly review internal HR policies and controls, ensuring all people and payroll decisions comply with corporate and group policies, local employment ordinances, and other statutory requirements. Work with respective Department Heads on human resources issues and provide professional advice on people transfer, promotion, compensation review, and talent development. Prepare HR presentations and HR data analytical work to facilitate business and management decisions. Supervise day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administration team. Lead various staff relation and engagement programs/events/projects to build and enhance employer branding internally and externally. Job Requirements Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline. Minimum 10 years proven experience in Human Resources, with 5 years' experience at management level, preferably in the retail industry. Well-developed influencing skills, with a proven ability to relate well to others in a wide range of contexts and levels, and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines. Excellent analytical skills, including attention to detail, combined with the ability to communicate concisely with senior colleagues and figures. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Well-versed in Hong Kong, Macau, and China Employment Ordinance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
