While this role primarily focuses on in-house projects, a background in tech consulting and service provision is advantageous. As the subject matter expert on the ERP system, you will engage with business stakeholders from various departments. Key Responsibilities: Act as a key thought leader in the IT department for ERP transformation projects, contributing to defining the technical roadmap for the new ERP system. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide solutions for operational efficiency and transformative change. Continuously monitor system performance, analyze data for insights, and optimize processes to enhance user experience and drive business outcomes. Share market insights with the business, assess technological needs, and select appropriate ERP modules to align with ongoing business requirements. Oversee manpower, budget, and project timelines based on project priorities. Manage 3rd party vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Skills & Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 10 years' IT experience with a focus on ERP systems. Strong background in technical advisory/consulting, ideally within enterprises handling large-scale projects. Familiarity with one or more major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Epicor) and industry best practices. Knowledge of ERP modules for accounting & finance preferred; experience in implementing systems supporting back-office functions is beneficial. Excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders effectively. Experience in budgeting, timeline planning, and manpower management. Proficiency in both spoken and written Cantonese and English. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
