Business Manager

You won’t be alone on this journey; you’ll receive guidance and support from an experienced Country Director dedicated to helping you thrive.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Business Director to execute our strategic local business planProspect and develop major local accounts, gathering consultancy requirementsBuild a strong portfolio through nurturing client relationshipsManage and coordinate a talented team of specialized IT consultantsConduct interviews and recruit new employees, preparing for technical, functional, and HR assessmentsWrite management proposals and maintain direct contracts with customersManage partnerships with software vendors to enhance service offeringsDrive growth with existing clients while exploring new opportunitiesManage the practice’s growth with current but also new customersNegotiate pricing and master agreements to establish preferred supplier statusFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationshipsWe’re looking for someone who is:2+ years of experience in consulting/agency, or any other analytical role within a rapidly growing companyHave experience in a customer facing roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAutonomous and Self-Driven: You take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environmentResults-Oriented: You have a strong focus on achieving outcomes that matter to our clients and our businessCustomer-Focused: You prioritize client needs and build lasting relationshipsCulturally Aligned: You understand the importance of values and behaviors that contribute to a successful team dynamicCantonese speaker is a mustWhat we offerComprehensive training:
