Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of insurance professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure profitability and manage costs effectively. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience 8+ years in a managerial role within the life insurance industry. Strong understanding of life insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in financial analysis and performance metrics. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
