Senior / Business Technology Manager (E-Banking)Job No.: 498497 Employment Type: Full time Departments: Information Technology Department Job Functions: Information Technology Responsibilities: Perform business and user requirement analysis Act as the primary liaison between business and IT units Manage IT project implementation Manage Business Technology team members (applicable for senior manager only)Monitor project progress and resolve issues Provide strong support to business users Prepare various management reports Manage project budget and procurement process Participate in risk analysis for new product launches Requirements: Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis. Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior manager and those with less experience for assistant manager. Experience in e Banking applications such as Online Banking and Mobile Banking is advantageous but not mandatory Solid experience liaising with all relevant parties in IT or Business and working with business stakeholders Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, willing to work in a competent, challenging, and team-oriented environment Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
