Information TechnologyResponsibilities:Perform business and user requirement analysisAct as the primary liaison between business and IT unitsManage IT project implementationManage Business Technology team members (applicable for senior manager only)Monitor project progress and resolve issuesProvide strong support to business usersPrepare various management reportsManage project budget and procurement processParticipate in risk analysis for new product launchesRequirements:Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the senior manager position, while those with less experience will be considered for the assistant manager role.Experience in Core Banking applications such as Deposit and Loans applications is advantageous but not mandatorySolid experience liaising with all relevant parties in IT or Business and working with business stakeholdersStrong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, willing to work in a competent, challenging, and team-oriented environmentGood command of both written and spoken Chinese and English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plusSolid experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
