Merchant Business Manager (Acquisition)Apply Now Job No.: 495770 Employment Type: Full time Departments: BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd Job Functions: Business Development Responsibilities: Develop, organize and facilitate business initiatives. Lead meetings with appropriate internal business owners and external vendors and assist in the development of communication materials, training, and other support strategies across the organization. Explore new business opportunities through different business networks and channels. Provide assistance to the merchant business teams in the development and implementation of new and renewing commercial products and vendors. Lead the Product Development Specialist in the development and production of required plan documents. Work directly with internal and external customers to initiate, plan, execute, and manage merchant solution development and business implementation initiatives to accomplish overall business, client, and vendor objectives. Requirements: Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines. Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience. Good knowledge of merchant business and operations in the banking industry. Experience working in QR payment solution companies is preferable. Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ability to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Strong self-motivation and highly independent with good analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
