ranging from

HK$10,000

–

HK$15,000

per month•Bonuses

of at least

per property sale•Commissions

Sell

UK and international residential properties, converting

leads into profitsProvide

tailored investment recommendations, giving clients property insights based on solid market researchBuild

and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and partnersDeliver

excellent,

customer-centric service

throughout the sales processExceed

sales targets and deadlines - your success is our successAttend

weekend property exhibitions and events to seize every closing opportunity, approx. 1 per month.Create

engaging

content

and

presentations

to captivate and inform prospective buyersRequirements

1+ year

of experience in the

overseas residential property

market (or a proven track record in a high-performing sales role)Demonstrable ability to develop a

sales pipeline

and

close dealsFluency

in

Cantonese

and

English

(spoken and written) is essentialBasic knowledge of

property conveyancing ,

tax , and

mortgage financing

is preferred but not mandatorySelf-motivated ,

goal-driven , and able to

work independently

or as part of a

teamExcellent communication ,

negotiation , and

interpersonal

skillsTech-savvy

(comfortable with a

Mac

and

MS Office 365 ). If you have

experience using an online CRM system
