YesStyle Company Overview .ObjectiveAs the Influencer Marketing Manager for English-speaking countries, you would grow YesStyle's influencer network in these markets to increase and strengthen the brand visibility through impactful strategy and creative marketing campaigns to reach our target audience.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement influencer marketing strategies in line with the overall marketing goals to strengthen brand awareness in English speaking countries including but not limited to the U.S., the U.K., Australia, and Canada.Identify relevant and impactful influencers profiles to create content on social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth execution of diverse projects and successful campaigns within the Team.Look after the Team's budget and KPIs.Provide regular reports on influencer and campaign performance.Manage a team of 4. Review and evaluate the Team's performance to suggest ways of improvement and growth.RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing. Managerial experience will be a plus.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Social media savvy and understanding of influencer marketing strategies and techniques.Data analysis skills.Strong people and communication skills.Organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.Good relationship building skills.Seniority level
