We are seeking an experienced Advertising Manager to lead our paid media strategies, optimize ad performance, and drive user acquisition for our crypto exchange. The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing, experience in managing multi-channel ad campaigns, and a deep understanding of the crypto industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Twitter (X), You Tube, Tik Tok, Reddit, and crypto-native platforms. Manage ad spend effectively to maximize ROI and user acquisition while ensuring compliance with platform regulations. Optimize paid media performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and real-time campaign adjustments. Work closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional assets. Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC) and provide actionable insights to improve results. Collaborate with partnerships and influencer marketing teams to enhance campaign reach and engagement. Stay updated on crypto advertising regulations and ensure campaigns comply with industry policies. Evaluate and manage relationships with external agencies, ad networks, and affiliate partners. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or media buying. Experience in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms is a strong plus. Proven track record in running multi-million-dollar ad campaigns with a performance-driven approach. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Twitter (X) Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and DSPs. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ad analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, Apps Flyer). Familiarity with decentralized and centralized exchanges (CEX/DEX), crypto communities, and market trends. Ability to navigate advertising restrictions and explore alternative growth channels (e.g., programmatic ads, Web3-native advertising). Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a crypto exchange, Web3 company, or fintech startup. Knowledge of blockchain, De Fi, NFT, and tokenomics.
