ASO (App Store Optimization) Manager – Crypto Exchange Department: Marketing and Growth Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced ASO Manager to drive the organic growth of our mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The ideal candidate has a strong background in App Store Optimization (ASO), mobile marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), with a deep understanding of the challenges in marketing crypto-related apps in a competitive and regulated environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive ASO strategy to increase app visibility, improve conversion rates, and drive organic installs. Optimize app metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords, and tags) based on data-driven insights and keyword research. Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our app performance against key competitors in the crypto industry. Perform A/B testing on store creatives (icons, screenshots, promo videos) to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR). Monitor and analyze app rankings, reviews, and ratings, and implement strategies to improve app reputation and user engagement. Collaborate with UA (User Acquisition), Product, and Growth teams to align ASO efforts with broader marketing objectives. Utilize app analytics tools (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, Data.ai, Adjust, Apps Flyer) to track performance and identify optimization opportunities. Stay updated with app store algorithm changes, industry trends, and compliance policies to ensure continued success. Develop and implement localization strategies to optimize ASO for different markets and languages. Requirements At least 3 years of ASO experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or other highly regulated industries. Proven track record in increasing app visibility, conversion rates, and installs through ASO strategies. Strong analytical skills with experience using ASO tools such as App Tweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, Data.ai. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and its impact on ASO performance. Experience collaborating with design, content, and growth teams to enhance app store creatives. Strong understanding of app compliance and restrictions for crypto-related applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with crypto trading apps is a plus Knowledge of ASO localization strategies and international market trends.
