We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of content marketing, App Store Optimization (ASO), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.Oversee content creation that engages target audiences and drives conversions.Optimize app visibility and downloads through effective ASO techniques.Enhance online presence and organic traffic through robust SEO strategies.Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in Google, Amazon or Government Relationship related.Strong understanding of content marketing, ASO, and SEO principles.Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Seniority level
