About This Opportunity: What You'll Be Doing: Budget Management: Oversee and manage annual performance marketing budgets exceeding $100 M. ROI Methodology Development: Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. What We Look For In You: Proven track record of managing performance marketing budgets exceeding $100 M, with demonstrated success in achieving cost recovery and profitability. Strong expertise in ROI calculation methodologies and application in large-scale campaigns.10+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the crypto, internet, or gaming industries. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt and optimize strategies. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics, scalability, and continuous improvement. Good To Haves: Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain marketing. Familiarity with global advertising regulations and compliance standards.
