Money Lending and Fintech Investment businesses , is now looking for a

Risk Management Director/ Manager

to join them.Responsibilities:Develop, update and review risk strategies for credit products, including credit policies and user lifecycle management, A/B testing and strategist for enhancing Loan-to-Value (LTV);Leading the champion challenger strategy and A/B testing design, development, implementation, and monitoring in the realm of risk decision-making across all stages of the customer lifecycle. Collaborating with the system implementation team to advance decision automation and precision.Work with product, marketing, and IT teams to align risk strategies with local regulations, and market trends in overseas regions;Work on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.Requirements:Holder of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Maths, Finance, Computer Science, Risk Management or other relevant disciplines);At least 4 years of experience in quantitative risk analysis (Candidate with over 8 years of experience will be considered as Director);Strong data analysis and logical thinking; knowledge of risk management principles;Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (R or Python).Seniority Level:
