We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager who would be the leader driving the success of Linjer’s store, overseeing everything from daily operations to store team performance, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and thoughtfulness our brand is known for. You’ll lead with purpose and passion, empowering your team to deliver exceptional results while creating a warm, welcoming space that reflects our minimalist aesthetic. From elevating the customer experience to driving sales and inspiring your team to perform at their peak, you’ll be at the helm of a store that brings Linjer’s vision to life. You are a self-starter and take initiative. You are fluent in English and Cantonese. What you will work on: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team, ensuring that team members are knowledgeable about Linjer products and provide exceptional customer experience. Uphold the image of the brand through visual merchandising, store maintenance, and grooming standards. Set up processes and systems and maintain operational excellence in your store.
