This role involves managing marketing and public relations activities for our clients in the lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, F&B industries & more. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies aligned with company goals. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and press releases. Press Releases: Develop both English and Chinese press releases to communicate key messages effectively. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and enhance brand visibility. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating compelling campaigns to engage and expand our audience on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Little Red Book. Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and manage the production process from ideation to publishing, ensuring high quality and timely execution of content. Market Research: Conduct market research to analyze local markets and competitors, identifying trends and opportunities for gaining a competitive advantage. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to ensure alignment with client objectives. Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with third parties, You Tubers, and influencers to create and implement marketing campaigns and sponsored content. Database Maintenance: Maintain and update media and influencer databases to support outreach efforts. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features on various social channels to optimize community management. Reporting: Track and report on PR and social media campaign performance, ensuring transparency and accountability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing and PR role, preferably within a creative agency. Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese, with experience in press release development. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain media and influencer relationships. Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience in project management and coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously. Familiarity with graphic design principles and brand consistency practices.
