Our client, a Japan-based sizable freight services company with offices around the globe, is urgently seeking a Freight Service Senior Supervisor to join their expanding team.Job Description

Facilitate airside and landside handling in liaison with all contracted ground services providers to expedite departures, including warehouse, load planner, and flight dispatcher.Supervise related parties to ensure all departure flights are working towards on-time and safe operations.Ensure operations comply with company manuals and industrial regulations (e.g., CAD, IATA, ICAO).Process final checks for the accuracy of all post-flight documentation, including Loading Instruction, Weight and Balance, and NOTOC.Basic understanding of various products (e.g., rigid cargo, dangerous goods, live animals).Participate with eAWB project coordinators (e.g., Headquarters, Warehouse, Outsource service providers, cargo forwarders).Perform duties as designated by the Freight Service Manager.Job Requirements

Secondary educated or Tertiary educated or equivalent.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years supervisory experience; airline experience is an advantage.Good experience in cargo ground operations (Airside/Landside).Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.IATA training certificate holder is an advantage.Willing to perform shift duties.Valid Driving License.Function
