We are looking for a F&B Reservations Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La Hong KongAs a F&B Reservations Supervisor, we rely on you to: Oversee the booking process for restaurants Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, meet expectations, and resolve issues promptly Work closely with the F&B Team to coordinate special events / festivals / promotions Maintain and optimize the reservations management system for efficiency and accuracy Monitor service standards and streamline processes to enhance the guest experience Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor Update and maintain Food & Beverage department database and customer profiles We are looking for someone who has: Higher Diploma or above in Tourism / Hotel Management or related disciplines Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in the Hotel industry with at least 1 year at the supervisory level Independent and self-motivated with strong customer service skills Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Candidate with less experience may be considered as F&B Reservations Agent A flexible candidate that will be assigned to work on shifts (weekdays/weekends)All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
