Our client is a globally renowned restaurant known for its limitless creativity in reshaping modern Japanese dining to create a distinguished experience. The group continues to span across the globe and is now making their introduction to the Hong Kong market, a name synonymous with cutting cuisine and exquisite taste in the restaurant and hospitality industry.They are now looking for an enthusiastic Server to join their flagship. You will work alongside a supervisor and be responsible for table service in your section. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, make the guests feel welcome, and attend to any requests.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManaging guest needs and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.Ensuring compliance with company standards throughout the service process.Leading the team to facilitate a smooth setup of the restaurant before and after shifts.Guiding fellow floor staff while collaborating closely with management.RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience as a Server.A positive attitude and a strong teamwork mindset.A sense of responsibility in fulfilling your role effectively.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous.Alignment with our core values: Teamwork, Kindness, Commitment, and Positivity.Join them in creating memorable dining experiences while advancing your career in the vibrant F&B industrySeniority level
