Key Responsibilities: Prepare food items according to set recipes and Hotel’s standards. Ensure the hygiene standards in the food preparation and service areas are achieved according to the ISO 22000 requirements. Assist in inventory management, stock rotation and storage of ingredients. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who has: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hotels or Staff Canteen. Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO 22000. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
