From welcoming new colleagues to best-in-class leadership development programmes, employee potentials will be identified and nurtured throughout their career with the Group.We are looking for a F&B Reservations Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La Hong KongAs a F&B Reservations Supervisor, we rely on you to:Oversee the booking process for restaurantsHandle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, meet expectations, and resolve issues promptlyWork closely with the F&B Team to coordinate special events / festivals / promotionsMaintain and optimize the reservations management system for efficiency and accuracyMonitor service standards and streamline processes to enhance the guest experiencePerform other duties and special projects as assigned by the SupervisorUpdate and maintain Food & Beverage department database and customer profilesWe are looking for someone who has:Higher Diploma or above in Tourism / Hotel Management or related disciplinesMinimum of 3 years relevant work experience in the Hotel industry with at least 1 year at the supervisory levelIndependent and self-motivated with strong customer service skillsExcellent command of both spoken and written English and ChineseCandidate with less experience may be considered as F&B Reservations AgentA flexible candidate that will be assigned to work on shifts (weekdays/weekends)All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.
