At least 3 years in Telco/IT environment. Good MPLS/IP networking skills. Strong in transport services (SDH, ADM, Carrier Ethernet). CCNA &/or JUNOS certification. Good oral and written English. Independent and knowledgeable to prioritize tasks when handling multiple faults and projects simultaneously. Tactful when fronting and handling customers' complaints and driving for prompt service resolution.
