Job Summary: The Funds Operations Manager will lead the development and management of fund operations within the firm. Working closely with the COO, this high-growth role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital assets in Asia's dynamic market. We're looking for a committed, intelligent, and analytical self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the COO to optimise crypto fund operations and manage vendor relationships effectively. Develop and maintain streamlined operational workflows in full compliance with SFC regulations. Drive continuous process enhancements and strengthen the technology infrastructure. Fund & Portfolio Operations Oversee the entire trade lifecycle, including NAV calculations and reconciliation processes. Implement and monitor portfolio compliance, risk metrics, and investor reporting frameworks. Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting in collaboration with the compliance team. Manage trading and portfolio management systems (OMS/EMS/PMS) while integrating data platforms for seamless operations. Develop and implement automated solutions for reconciliation and reporting. Maintain comprehensive system documentation and standard operating procedures. Stakeholder Relations & Support Liaise with external service providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Prepare investor reports, address due diligence inquiries, and support client onboarding processes. Work closely with internal teams, including trading, compliance, and risk, to manage operational requirements. Requirements:5-8 years of experience in asset management operations within licensed crypto or fund management firms. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, or related field (Advanced degree in Financial Engineering/Quantitative Finance is a plus). CFA, FRM, or similar certifications preferred. In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital asset custody solutions, Cayman fund structures, and crypto assets/blockchain technology. Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) for effective communication across regional office. The successful candidate in this role will get to build up the firm's fund operations infrastructure which is backed by one of the best PE firms in the region, and work closely with the COO to make a difference and build the company's foundation.
