Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities: Handle accounting functions including NAV calculation, P&L reporting, coordinate audit process, preparation of financial statements and other fund & investor related reports. Coordinate between Fund Managers, PBs, Middle Office, Custodians and other related parties for resolving any issues that may arise. Manage the upload of trades, prices and corporate actions into service platform daily, weekly and/or monthly. Cash and position breaks reconciliation and timely resolution of issues. Perform investor allocations and fee calculations. Handle subscriptions, redemptions and distributions. Timely response to clients’ and investors’ inquiries. Ad hoc reporting and other administrative duties as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other business-related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, operations, and accounting within the financial services industry. CPA Certified or in the process of obtaining the certification. Strong understanding of the investment products and product life-cycles. Fresh graduates in related disciplines may also be considered. Experience in PE Fund accounting and transfer agency operations would be a plus. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Fund Accountant. Candidate Profile: Self-motivated, well-organised and have a can-do attitude. Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good in communication, and be able to display competence and confidence. Proficient in PC skills (MS Word and Excel), knowledge in VBA and macro would definitely be an advantage. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
