Junior-level Hong Kong What You Will Do: Provide comprehensive support for daily operations and customer services, including administrative tasks, customer support, team activities, after-sales services, and training processes. Handle customer enquiries from various communication channels, including messages, email, and telephone, with professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores. Continuously innovate customer support processes to boost efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Assist to monitor, maintain, deploy, and provide product application support in a virtualized environment, including change control. What We Are Looking For: Educational & Experience: A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a related field. Experience in a customer care/support or sales role within a B2 B environment or working within fintech, software, or payments industries is preferred. Candidates with less experience are also welcome. Technical Skills: Adoptive for a fast-growing company with strong willingness to adopt and manage change. A proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively across multiple internal departments as a customer advocate. Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
