Stay updated on payroll best practices, tax laws, and advancements in payroll systems to enhance operations. Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions promptly and professionally. Generate payroll reports, analyze data trends, and provide insights for management decision-making. Requirements Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5-6 years of payroll experience, preferably in a large corporate environment. Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with experience in system upgrades and process enhancements. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
