Personal Banking and Wealth Management DepartmentJob Functions:

Business Development, Strategic Planning, Project ManagementResponsibilitiesFormulate effective cross-border strategies and plans based on management’s direction.Perform project management from planning to executing different project plans, especially for projects in both China and overseas regions, ensuring that all projects are implemented on schedule with defined quality standards.Assist management in evaluating the results of different cross-border programs, preparing relevant reports and proposals with professional recommendations and workable solutions to improve overall business performance, and managing cross-border customer segments while driving marketing programs to build customer portfolios.Liaise with product managers to develop suitable training materials and enhance them based on feedback from the sales team.Conduct regular reviews and analyses of sales performance to provide advice or suggestions for the sales team to improve and achieve targets.Ensure all work complies with internal and external policies and rules.RequirementsDegree or above with a major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.Experience in segment management and business strategy management, including at least 2 years at the managerial level in retail banking.Profound knowledge and experience in business development and marketing planning.Knowledge of projects related to the China financial industry and experience in China project management.Good network in China and the ability to communicate independently with Chinese financial entities.Less experience will be considered for the position of Deputy Segment Manager.
