Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their company.

Your new role

  • You will be in-charge of leading the branding strategies and action plan for 3 markets' growth (HK, TW, MO)
  • To identify and target the right consumer for the brand positioning, lead and drive the marketing team to maximise the brand effort through digital marketing, e-commerce, product marketing, CRM, business insight and analyses etc.
  • You will directly report to the Head of Marketing and the CEO of APAC for business alignment and brand direction.
  • You will focus on customer acquisition and retention, identify brand's edge and expand market shares in the 3 regions.
  • Closely monitor and manage digital efforts to ensure all are optimally delivering on objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing and other disciplines.
  • 7+ years of branding experience with global consumer brands, particularly with Food & Beverage/premium/luxury brands
  • Experienced in leading a team to drive results and carry on multiple marketing strategies in all aspects .
  • Progressive experience in Digital Strategy, branding, product marketing and CRM
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills - must be able to translate complex concepts to upper management
  • Strategic - demonstrated ability to understand broad and specific business goals, and bridge them with your specific area of responsibility
