Our client is a global leading pharmaceutical company is seeking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their sales team.

You will focus on promoting products to health care providers, while managing the product life cycle. about the job.

  • Lead a high achieving team in Specialty sales functions
  • Responsible for departmental ROI & KPI
  • Analyze sales performance and business review to identify issues and action plans
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives;
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with health care providers and key decision makers;
  • Provide feedback to product development teams to improve product design and functionality;
  • Develop and implement strategic business plan for both HA & Private sectors by conducting territory/ market data analysisskills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably Pharmacy/Pharmacy-related or Life Sciences-related major
    • 7+ years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, prescription medicine;
    • Solid experience in people management
    • Experienced in health care professional engagement in the relevant sector(s);
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and health care industry trends;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
