Job Purpose: To effectively manage litigation cases, preventing claims leakage related to both damages and costs. You will formulate robust case strategies to safeguard the company's interests. Key Responsibilities: Manage legal cases within established guidelines Review policies, assess legal liability, determine quantum, and evaluate evidence related to third-party injury claims Escalate cases that exceed authority limits or involve unusual claims for managerial approval Assess case reserves based on the information available Oversee effective file management and ensure proper control of the claims cycle Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the general insurance industry Strong understanding of general insurance claims and litigation processes Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese Excellent time management and negotiation skills Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
