Claims Senior Officer

Claims Senior Officer (Life & Medical Claims) Handle and assess life and medical claims in accordance with company policies, service standards, and regulatory guidelines Review and approve claims within assigned authority and turnaround time (TAT) Follow up on additional documents and coordinate with relevant teams to support underwriting, compliance, and premium financing processes Prepare and review correspondence including decision letters, investigation reports, and client communications Provide administrative and servicing support to both group and individual clients, ensuring professional handling of enquiries from agents, brokers, and customers Participate in claims investigations and support service recovery where needed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous process improvement Deliver training and guidance to team members or agency partners when required Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to audit readiness Requirements: University graduate or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in medical or life claims (Employee Benefits experience is an advantage) Familiarity with claims systems such as AS400 preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong service orientation and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Professional insurance qualifications (e.g., LOMA, ICA) will be an advantage Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment Candidate with less experience would be consider as Officer Unlock job insights AI Job match analysis Salary match Number of applicants Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
