Responsibilities: To manage DBS IDEAL service platform:New IDEAL Registration: Assisting customers in the registration process for IDEAL services.IDEAL Maintenance: Handling requests for changes in users, mobile numbers, and email addresses associated with IDEAL accounts.Unlock IDEAL Service: Resolving issues related to locked IDEAL services and providing necessary guidance.Guiding Customers in Using IDEAL Functions: Assisting customers in understanding and utilizing various IDEAL transaction functions. Service customers in SMEC: Answering customer inquiries related to accounts, loan products, or investment issues. Account Opening Documents: Assisting customers to sign and verify all account opening documents. Processing Account Changes and Applications: Assisting customers to sign change of signatories, change of address, and apply for an ATM card, etc. Requirements: Degree holder with major in Business related discipline is preferred Strong to communicate with customers and internal departments Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
