About Global Executive Consultants Ltd.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Leasing Officer at our esteemed company, Global Executive Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing activities of Bank owned properties.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial leasing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management. A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related disciplines is required. Additionally, the successful applicant will hold an estate agent's license (EAQE) and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle tenancy renewal and negotiation, leasing report, budget planning, and other leasing activities for Bank owned properties.
  • Review branch leasing status and negotiate branch leasing issues with landlords.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, rental assessments, and prepare analysis reports for management review.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for leasing matters, including real estate agents, prospective and current tenants for new tenancy and renewals.
  • Prepare and check leasing documents, tenancy agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain good relationships with tenants, handle complaints, and manage tenancy administration.
  • Responsible for acquisition and disposal of properties.
  • Formulate and implement the leasing strategy, handle promotion activities, and property management issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in property management with solid experience in commercial leasing.
  • Holder of estate agent's license (EAQE).
  • Familiar with Estate Agents Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC), and leasing procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is preferable.
Salary Information

HK$25K - HK$30K per annum.
