About Your Role

A highly motivated Senior Leasing Officer is sought after by our company to manage residential leasing processes, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Lease Management: Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, including property viewings, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and agreement preparation.
  • Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including creating property listings, organizing open houses, and collaborating with marketing teams.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis to ensure competitive positioning and maximize leasing opportunities.
  • Lease Administration: Maintain accurate lease records, handle lease renewals, rent collection, and ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of residential units to ensure proper maintenance and identify repair or improvement needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with property management, maintenance, and legal departments to ensure smooth operations and address any leasing-related issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market insights for management review.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in residential leasing or property management, understanding leasing principles, property management practices, and relevant local regulations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills to manage lease documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining tenant satisfaction.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese in both written and spoken.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
