Leasing Team Coordinator

Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Leasing Team Coordinator to join their team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to the leasing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems to ensure efficient data management.
- Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop leasing proposals and presentations for potential landlords, showcasing the company's expertise and value proposition.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, including operations and store development, to guarantee timely and effective store openings, including coordination with contractors and obtaining necessary permits.
- Manage lease renewals, terminations, and extensions for existing locations, streamlining the process and minimizing disruptions.
- Take on ad hoc projects assigned by management, applying creative problem-solving skills and adapting to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for success.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in leasing or real estate, demonstrating expertise and industry knowledge.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with local market conditions and demographics, enabling informed decision-making.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
