Executive Secretary Opportunity

Hang Seng Bank is committed to service excellence and seeks a high-calibre professional to join our department as Executive Secretary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial services to management, including administrative and personnel support to the department.
  • Handle documents and general office processing, assisting in the transition to a paperless and electronic environment.
  • Manage itinerary of meetings and events for management and support departmental functions.
  • Handle administrative duties, including telephone calls, emails, and basic finance processing.
  • Support the booking of overseas travels and visitors.
  • Streamline and simplify departmental administrative processes to empower self-service of the team.
Requirements
  • Diploma Holder or above.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations, with experience in financial services an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of computer skills and office automation tools.
  • Strong change orientation and initiative on continual improvements.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
