The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in corporate finance or related fields, preferably with HK listed companies or BIG 4 auditing experience.
Job Description- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute corporate finance assignments
- Direct investments
- Manage mergers and acquisitions
- Handle notifiable and connected transactions
- Oversee fundraising activities
- Assist in interim and annual audits
- Perform financial analysis on business units
- Coordinate with bankers on treasury matters
- Liaise with external parties (auditors, lawyers, valuers, investment bankers)
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as required
- Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance
- HKICPA or equivalent qualification (advantage)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate finance or related fields
- Experience with HK listed companies or BIG 4 auditing
- Desirable Skills:
- Strong business acumen
- Knowledge of Listing Rules and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
This role offers a highly competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated salary range for this position is $800,000 - $1,200,000 per annum.
