About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources and Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and providing essential human resources services.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process management
- Collaboration with operations team to identify staffing needs
- Maintenance of accurate employee records in HRIS system
- Data analysis to support business initiatives
- Provision of human resources services, including recruitment and onboarding
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Relevant experience (2-3 years)
- Familiarity with HK labor ordinance and employment legislation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
